KYB Sales Assistant will help the Sales team to onboard new clients and provide them support during the Due Diligence procedure
Responsibilities:
- Work on preparing the Application form with the new clients in KYCPortal or create the Applications for the clients
- Upload clients' basic documents to the KYCPortal
- Make additional requests or ping the client in case the minimal package of documents is incomplete. Request the missing docs and pass the deal to the compliance when the initial package is ready
- Support the clients on their questions on KYB process and operation on KYCPortal
- Track the ongoing onboardings' timeframes and ensure fast progress on sales funnel
- Request clients the feedback on the KYB process and provide timely updates to the Sales team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field
- Considering the candidates with or without work experience. Experience in a similar position or background in KYC/KYB & onboarding of merchants is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Russian
- Organized, disciplined, structured, possibility to manage your workload and communicate properly
- A strong drive and enjoy working in a high paced operational environment
- Proactive, self-driven
- Detailed oriented and enjoy a structured way of working
