As the Head of Operational Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational strategy and process improvement initiatives within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, ensuring that our operations align with the dynamic needs of the crypto market
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s vision and market trends in the crypto industry
- Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve operational processes for efficiency, scalability, and compliance with industry standards
- Omnichannel Solutions Enhancement: Spearhead continuous improvement of our omnichannel solutions to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency
- AI and Automation Integration: Lead the implementation and refinement of AI and automation technologies to streamline operations and enhance decision-making processes
- Quality Management: Oversee the establishment and adherence to quality standards in all operational areas
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the operational excellence team to achieve high performance and employee engagement
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operational execution and customer satisfaction
- Innovation and Technology Integration: Stay abreast of emerging trends in fintech and crypto processing; integrate innovative solutions to enhance operational capabilities
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field
- Proven experience in operational excellence, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead change at all levels of an organization
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, financial technology, and digital payment solutions
- Experience in omnichannel strategy development and execution
- Experience in design and implementation of value streams is highly advantageous
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
- Background in AI technologies and automation tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
