Responsibilities:
- Gather, validate and document business requirements
- Analyze current systems and identify areas for improvement
- Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts
- Create functional specifications for solutions and internal technical documentation
- Design APIs and interaction scenarios
- Help to define business problems via in-depth investigation and gather technical and non-technical information
- Outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements
- Improve and validate existing methods for generating product and project documentation
- Define tasks to developers and testers
Requirements:
- 3+ years of BA/SA experience
- Mathematical, analytical, creative and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in verbal and nonverbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective logical thinking skills
- Prioritisation, high focus, and self-motivation
- Explain ideas in simple and user-friendly language
- Good understanding of SDLC, PDLC
- Experience in using business analysis tools, knowledge of process modelling notations and visualizing the architecture, such as: BPMN, UML, C4, etс
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and formats
- Experience in creating data models
- Certifications (preferred)
- Good level of spoken and written English and Russian
