We are seeking a pro-active, astute mind for a position of Strategic Sales Manager. Your challenge will be to massively grow the portfolio of our partners and clients on the Polish and other markets, bringing new ideas for new product development and building the infrastructure for company expansion, to become a company face and represent our brand at the exhibitions and meetings

Responsibilities:

    • Develop the plan of strategic partnerships, business expansion, and increased profitability by region
    • Create business development plans, forecast sales and growth targets
    • Research and identify new business opportunities and new sales areas (including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets) through meetings, networking and other channels. Establish partnerships and sell products to the strategic industries mainly on the Polish market
    • Approach customers directly in order to make them interested in our products and services, build a database of potential clients and brand awareness
    • Coordinate the sales process internally and act as a point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders
    • Develop the plan of strategic partnerships, business expansion, and increased profitability by region
    • Think strategically and set aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business. Seek ways of improving the way the business operates by region, ensure CoinsPaid strategy aligns with local features of the market
    • Drive the business for CoinsPaid bringing in new partners, resellers and clients with high potential
    • Investigate and assist partners with new schemes of cooperation based on the product options/modules
    • Visit exhibitions across Europe and globe
    • Cooperate with Marketing, Product, Sales and Legal departments
    • Prepare reports and statistics, know and use workflows and KPIs and perform accordingly

Requirements and skills:

    • Proven working experience 5+ years as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role (at least 2 years of experience in payments, online retail, real estate, automotive or e-commerce on the Polish market industries)
    • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
    • Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field is an advantage
    • Understanding of Online payments, Fintech and Blockchain space will be a big plus
    • Exceptional project management skills
    • Proficiency in English and Polish (C1/C2 level)
    • Knowledge of best practices in both oral (calls, presentations, demos, etc.) and written (proposals, follow up emails etc.) communication
    • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
    • Availability for business trips
    • Positive attitude to social networks and being public person
    • Basic knowledge of AML and KYC
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
    • Time management and planning skills
