We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Process Analyst to join our Operational Excellence team. This role is focused on identifying, analyzing, and optimizing business processes to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and compliance. The Business Process Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to document and map current workflows, propose improvements, manage improvement projects and support the implementation of process automation where applicable.
Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities
- Process Mapping & Analysis: Analyze current business processes, document existing workflows and system interactions across various departments.
- Process Optimization: Recommend and implement process improvements, leveraging best practices and automation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Operations, Compliance, Sales, Product, and IT teams to understand business needs, pain points, and dependencies. Define roadmaps and manage requirements gathering, process design, review, implementation and control.
- Documentation & Standardization: Develop and maintain clear, up-to-date process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Performance Metrics & KPIs: Define and track key process metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Change Management & Implementation Support: Assist in the rollout of new or revised processes, including stakeholder training and adoption.
- Technology & Automation Integration: Partner with IT and Product teams to explore and implement workflow automation tools, business rules engines, and AI-driven solutions.
- Risk & Compliance Alignment: Ensure all processes align with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and internal governance frameworks.
- Generative AI & Prompt Engineering: Leverage generative AI tools to enhance operational efficiency, automate documentation, and improve decision-making. Develop and refine AI-generated prompts to optimize outcomes in business process analysis.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in business process analysis, operational excellence, or related fields within fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., BPMN, Lucidchart, Visio), workflow automation tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Communication & Documentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in drafting SOPs and presenting findings to leadership.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of fintech, crypto payments, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- AI & Automation Proficiency: Experience with generative AI applications, prompt engineering, and automation tools to streamline business processes and enhance workflow efficiency.
