Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:

Lead the development and evolution of visual identity systems for CoinsPaid and Cryptoprocessing.

Ensure cohesive visual direction across all brand touchpoints.

Design high-quality assets for events, exhibitions, and brand activations (booth graphics, signage, rollups, print materials).

Create strategic presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Develop visual elements, frames, and storyboards for animated and video content.

Produce educational and HR-related visual materials and internal communication assets.

Design scalable visual systems for digital campaigns, lead magnets, website content, and funnel-related materials.

Oversee blog and website visual consistency and layout standards.

Create high-performing social media visuals tailored to platform-specific formats.

Mentor and guide junior and middle designers.

Lead cross-department design initiatives and translate complex briefs into effective visual solutions.

Maintain brand consistency, quality control, and adherence to brand guidelines across projects.
Requirements:

Expert-level proficiency in graphic design tools, formats, and visual systems.

Strong conceptual thinking and ability to align creative execution with strategic goals.

Experience developing and maintaining brand identity systems.

Ability to adapt visual assets across multiple platforms and communication channels.

Proven experience in presentation design, event materials, and digital campaign assets.

Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience working with motion designers and contributing to storyboard development.

Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards.

Experience mentoring junior designers is a plus.
