HR Operations Lead is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing HR operational processes across the organization. The role ensures efficiency, compliance, data accuracy, and seamless collaboration across all cross-functional teams involved in HR and operational processes. This position oversees HR operations across multiple jurisdictions, drives compliance readiness, manages vendors, and supports HR aspects of new entity setups, building scalable and transparent frameworks that enable high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle

- Team Leadership, Cross-Country Coordination and External Partnerships
Lead and optimize all HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and compliance across every touchpoint where HR is involved
Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing HR and Operations workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Design, implement, and continuously refine scalable operational processes that connect HR with other cross-functional stakeholders
Ensure consistent, high-quality operational execution across all locations
Establish and maintain strong HR compliance controls embedded into daily operations
Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring operational readiness and accuracy of documentation
Track HR compliance indicators, identify issues, and lead timely corrective actions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee documentation (contracts, amendments, legal files, and other relevant records)
Ensure full compliance with local legal standards and internal data protection requirements
Oversee HRIS systems and HR databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security
Lead and develop the HR Operations and Compliance team, ensuring high performance and accountability
Coordinate HR operational activities across countries, securing regulatory alignment and consistent execution
Manage relationships with external partners (e.g., payroll, legalization, HR outsourcing), ensuring service quality and operational coherence
Oversee HR components of new entity setups and act as the primary coordination point with internal teams and external advisors
Ensure readiness and compliance of HR and OPS processes during entity launches and other cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Compliance, or related roles
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR operational processes and employee lifecycle management
- Deep knowledge of labor law and its practical application in HR operations
- Understanding of corporate legal frameworks relevant to HR processes and entity setup
- Strong skills in process assessment, optimization, and workflow design
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and maintaining high-quality HR data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
- Experience working in multi-country or multinational environments
- Legal education or formal training in corporate or labor law
- Experience working with European jurisdictions and understanding of EU labor regulations
- Proven experience preparing for and supporting internal or external audits
- Experience participating in legal entity setup from an HR or compliance perspective
