The Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making processes across the organisation. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies
- Reporting: Operations excellence benefits tracking - impact on KPIs/Metrics. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present data findings to various stakeholders. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data audits and cleaning
- Data Visualization: Leverage data analysis tools to manipulate and visualise data (dashboards, reports, etc.)
- Research: Conduct research to support business initiatives and recommend opportunities for process improvements
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and operations to support data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, simulations, or a related role
- Proficiency in data analysis & visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering (e.g., ChatGPT)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with data storytelling (ability to build, convey & present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
