Today, our team includes 110+ professionals working remotely across multiple countries. We combine the pace of fintech with a long-term approach to building products, teams, and careers. As a remote-first company, we give people flexibility in how they work while maintaining strong collaboration and shared ownership across teams.
The Sales & GTM Operations Manager is the core Sales and revenue process owner in the Growth & RevOps department. You will own how deals and customers progress through Salesforce, from opportunity to closed deal to live account, and set the processes, standards and handoffs for all commercial teams: Sales, Account Management, Customer Success and Partner Success. Your job is to make sure the pipeline and customer data in Salesforce reflect reality, that every stage has a clear owner and rules, and that teams actually work this way.
The Salesforce platform itself is built and maintained by the CRM team. You own the design intent: what the process should be, what Salesforce needs to support it, and whether a change is ready to roll out.
You will lead a small Sales & GTM Operations team who covers lead flow, marketing systems and automation, and a Project Manager runs rollouts, documentation and the intake board. You will work closely with the Demand Generation team, Revenue Analytics and the CRM team. This is a hands-on role. You design the process, define the requirements, sign off the change, and make sure the teams adopt it.
