    • Role Summary
    • Cirrus Logic is seeking a Customer Program Manager (CPM) to lead execution and delivery of PC customer design programs and SoC partner engagements. This role is critical to ensuring on-time, high-quality execution across OEM platforms, serving as the operational backbone between customers, SoC partners, and Cirrus internal teams.

    • Key Responsibilities
    • Program Execution & Governance
    • Own end-to-end execution of PC customer and SoC-partner programs, including objectives, schedules, milestones, risks, and issue tracking.
    • Implement and maintain a robust program tracking framework covering customer designs and strategic partnerships.
    • Drive execution across the full product lifecycle, from early engagement through production ramp.
    • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Lead and align cross-functional teams spanning engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
    • Ensure internal deliverables, dependencies, and timelines are clearly defined and met.
    • Drive structured communication and decision-making across global teams.
    • Customer & Partner Engagement
    • Act as the primary program interface to customers and SoC partners.
    • Build and maintain a broad network of technical and business contacts within accounts.
    • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and misalignment; escalate with clarity and urgency when required.
    • Identify opportunities for deeper customer and partner collaboration, including co-design and co-validation.


    • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
    • PMP certification or equivalent.
    • 5+ years of industry experience in PC or server markets, including 5+ years leading large, complex programs.
    • Proven ability to deliver in cross-discipline, cross-geography environments.
    • Strong understanding of PC platforms, including Audio, Power, Haptics, and mixed-signal technologies.
    • Mandarin and English Fluency


    • Preferred Qualifications
    • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Experience with PC and/or server platform development.
    • Familiarity with BIOS/FW development or Windows driver development.
