Our team is growing! Cirrus Logic is seeking a Customer Program Manager responsible for managing the deliverables and executing all our PC customer designs and partnership programs with SoC (System on Chip) providers.
Responsibilities
- Implement a robust and comprehensive process to track all customer and SoC-partner programs/designs, including objectives, schedules, key milestones and checkpoints, risks, and issues
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects across customer, sales, marketing & engineering
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and methodologies
- Ensure the right training, workshops, communications, and other enabling activities are optimized and tailored to customer needs
- Communicate internal schedules/delivery plans and updates to sales & marketing organization
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
- Drive execution and communication of all PC related programs across the product lifecycle
- Build a broad and deep network across accounts to ensure open lines of communication and foster collaboration
- Triangulate with counterparts in Sales and business segment teams, and address issues proactively
- Identify and drive opportunities to partner more closely with customers/partners in support of mutual objectives such as co-design, co-validation, or new and different working models
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field
- Relevant industry experience in PC or Server Markets including a foundation in engineering and/or program management and at least 5 years leading large and complex programs
- PMP certification
- Proven ability to deliver products successfully within a cross-discipline and cross-geography working model
- Program management experience with ability to manage schedules, project risks, customer communication, requirements tracking, conflict resolution, and escalation management
- Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering quality products at scale
- Solid understanding of PC market, PC technologies and architectures including Audio, Power, Haptics, and other mixed signal related products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- MSc in electrical engineering or an equivalent field
- Experience with PC and/or server development products and technologies
- Experience in relevant areas such as validation, BIOS/FW development, Windows driver development
- Mandarin speaking would be beneficial
This position is based in Edinburgh, UK
This is a hybrid remote position and will follow a 2+ day in-office work schedule, with in-office days based on business needs and team preference. You must be based within commutable distance of the work location listed on the job posting, or willing to relocate prior to beginning employment with Cirrus Logic.
