- As an Analog Lead, contribute to every phase of the design process, from specification and architecture to transistor-level design, simulation, modeling, layout supervision, verification, and final product delivery.
- Provide strong leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor junior engineers to drive successful project outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams from pre-silicon (digital design, verification, physical design, custom layout, system, and modeling) to post-silicon (validation, product testing, and quality assurance) functions to ensure successful project outcomes and smooth transition to mass production.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with in-depth knowledge of analog and mixed-signal design.
- Experience leading analog design teams and taking products from concept to mass production.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
