If you have attention to detail and are interested in learning about the employee lifecycle, the Human Resources (HR) internship is a great opportunity for you. As an HR intern, you should be a strong team player, who can build strong cross-functional relationships, and can quickly breakdown the steps in a process. You will be responsible for working with HR teams to document processes, identify process gaps, and support processes as needed. If you’re curious to learn about different processes within HR and eager to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, this is a great internship for you.

Responsibilities: 
-documenting end-to-end processes of employee lifecycle (50%) 
-identifying process gaps and collaborating with stakeholders to journey map processes(25%) 
-support of processes as needed (25%) 
 
Skills 

- Background/ documented interest in HR or Organizational Psychology 
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
- Professional verbal and written communication skills essential.  
- Strong interest in human resources, talent management, or related fields.  
- Experience in MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel—ideally SharePoint) 
- Experience in a graphical tool preferrable (Miro, Visio, Canva, draw.io)
