U.S. Export Control Compliance Screening Questions for U.S. Based Roles

  • Cirrus Logic is a multinational technology company with its corporate headquarters in the United States. U.S. export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) regulations, require that Cirrus Logic obtain an export license prior to providing certain foreign persons access to controlled technologies (a “deemed export”).
