Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Business Development and defining customer profile including TAM and SAM analysis.
2. Develop, execute and measure detailed Sales strategies for targeted accounts.
3. Forecast revenue and design wins based on current business and defined Sales strategies.
4. Must have the ability to build customer intimacy and to drive system design activity.
5. Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business.
6. Drive the company business relationship with the assigned customers.
7. Identify the key customer stakeholders and coach those stakeholders to build consensus for Cirrus Logic's solutions within their organization.
8. Communicate effectively with product divisions providing quantifiable feedback and ROI for their investments in customers.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1. BSEE or equivalent with five years minimum of Account Management experience
2. Strategic/Critical Thinking—Systematically solves problems and hypothesizes possible client pain points, expectations, and implicit needs; brainstorms with team members to devise solutions to solve complex client challenges
3. Communication—Tailors communication to the client’s needs with authority; effectively delivers presentations and has business level communication skills in English and native speaker level in Japanese.
4. Interpersonal Influence—Uses rational and emotional drivers that would appeal to clients to comfortably drive conversations to elements of value for both parties.
5. Networking—Identifies the right client stakeholders and builds connections quickly to drive consensus for design wins; works cooperatively with a wide range of internal stakeholders for success
6. Ownership—Goes out of his or her way to complete a task and has relentless drive to achieve results; is independent and self-directed, and takes initiative
7.Workflow Management—Sets clear, realistic, and time-bound objectives that align to business growth; breaks each objective into tasks and process steps that can be achieved within a realistic timeframe
8. Some travel required, including possible international travel
