  • Apply AI-enabled tools and techniques to streamline validation workstreams, accelerate test-data analysis and failure triage, and identify opportunities to improve automation efficiency, while validating outputs with sound engineering judgment and following applicable data-handling requirements.

  • Partner with IC Design, Systems, Applications, and Firmware engineers to translate product requirements and use cases into effective validation plans.

  • Lead root-cause analysis of silicon, board-level, and validation software or hardware issues.

  • Analyze validation data, identify failures and defects, and communicate actionable findings using tools such as Spotfire.

  • Provide technical leadership through improved validation methodologies, mentoring, and clear communication of project risks and results

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree in one of these fields with 5+ years of relevant experience.
