Cirrus Logic is looking for a summer intern to join our Product Test Engineering team! You will be aiding in the development of production test solutions for high volume manufacture of complex mixed-signal semiconductors for consumer audio devices. You will work closely as part of a multi-functional team to develop new test techniques and methodologies to improve the testability of devices under test and promote their adoption within the company. 

Responsibilities :

    • Assist engineers with the development and production of mixed-signal and analog semiconductor integrated circuits 
    • Perform electrical bench and ATE analysis 
    • Gather and summarize data 
    • Design and build test hardware 
    • Manage yield enhancement and cost reduction projects for ramping products 
    • NPI support including matrix lot review, GRR, CPK, and test program release and production hardware buy-off 
    • Interface with cross-function groups to manage NPI production ramp deliverables and timelines 

Required Skills and Qualifications 

    • Pursuing BS in Electrical Engineering 
    • Mixed-signal product engineering experience 
    • Lab equipment use (oscilloscopes, multi-meters, waveform generators, and power supplies) 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
    • Willingness to improve designs and repeatedly attempt to develop solutions to difficult problems 
    • Knowledge in statistical analysis (ANOVA, t-test) 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications 

    • Basic coding/scripting knowledge
