About the role

As an Executive Coordinator within the Founder & Owner’s Office, you ensure that operations, tasks, and strategic initiatives run smoothly and on time. You act as a central coordination point, maintaining visibility over ongoing activities while supporting senior leadership through structured communication, organization, and execution. The role provides exposure to high-level decision-making and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track tasks, projects, and initiatives across the Owner’s Office and wider organization

  • Facilitate communication between the Owner’s Office and internal and external stakeholders

  • Collect, analyze, and summarize information to support decision-making

  • Prepare, review, and consolidate legal and business documents

  • Monitor progress across divisions and ensure alignment and accountability

  • Support the daily operations and workflow of the Owner’s Office

  • Assist with time management, task allocation, and follow-ups across the team

  • Participate in regular updates and meetings to track project progress

  • Coordinate and monitor cross-functional and international projects

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

  • Support event organization and execution

  • Maintain high standards in document management and administration

  • Prepare presentations, meeting materials, minutes, and translations

  • Produce regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

  • Stay up to date with company products and actively monitor platforms

  • Handle ad hoc requests with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
