Job Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to support the management of our contingent workforce, including contractors, EOR employees, and agency workers. This is a great opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in workforce administration and data management.
Responsibilities
- Help maintain records for contractors, EOR employees, and agency workers
- Assist with contract renewals, extensions, and terminations
- Support invoicing tasks and manage workforce data
- Assist with generating reports on workforce trends and compliance
- Help onboard and offboard external workers
- Handle inquiries related to contracts, invoicing, and system access
Qualifications
- Strong intermediate English
- Active full-time student status
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, HR)
- Experience in administration or HR is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and eager to manage workforce data
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; open to learning HRIS and new tools
- Problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
- Highly organized and able to juggle tasks efficiently
