Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents

  • Supporting business decision-making by identifying legal risks and providing practical solutions

  • Delivering high-level legal advice in close cooperation with internal teams and external advisors

  • Supporting and improving internal legal and compliance frameworks, policies, and guidelines

  • Coordinating legal aspects of cross-functional projects

  • Representing the company in litigation and non-litigation matters, and coordinating external counsel

  • Maintaining relationships with authorities, partners, and advisors

  • Collaborating closely with the group-level legal team and Legal Director

Qualifications

  • Law degree obtained in Hungary

  • Qualified lawyer with a completed Hungarian bar exam

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, primarily in commercial law

  • Additional experience in employment law and data protection

Required skills

  • Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business contracts

  • Business-oriented mindset with a pragmatic approach to complex legal matters

  • Excellent organizational skills, precision, and structured thinking

  • Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude

  • Project management mindset and experience in cross-functional coordination

  • Strong risk identification and management capabilities

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Professional working proficiency in English and native-level Hungarian

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate law

  • Background in a law firm

  • LL.M. degree in a relevant legal field

  • Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects

  • International work experience

  • Familiarity with legal tech solutions and process improvement
