Job Description
Participate in the team meetings and help shape how and what we deliver
Work on user stories that make an impact on our product
Pair with and mentor other engineers
Being an active collaborator in technical decision making
Review others' PRs
Give feedback on our way of working to improve our processes
Drive the frontend technical vision and strategy to ensure scalability and maintainability
Lead architectural discussions and establish best practices across teams
Taking a lead in our Front End chapter
Qualifications
Can solve hard technical challenges (ECMAScript, TypeScript and libraries like React)
Ability to tackle complex problems and break them down to smaller executable tasks
Have experience with frontend testing libraries (at least one) Is interested in the product and how the features and stories are planned
Exceptional pair programming and communication skills
Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers at all levels
Deep expertise in testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
Ability to influence and drive technical decisions across multiple teams
Working closely with product, design, and backend teams
