About the Role

As part of the Corporate Strategy Office, this role reports on various companywide and cross departmental legal projects, and assists in monitoring those projects from inception to execution from legal and strategic perspectives. The position provides direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making, while contributing to company-wide and cross-functional initiatives in Europe and North America. Day-to-day work is guided by a Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Understand, analyse, and summarize complex and international multi-faceted legal and corporate matters
  • Develop insightful and actionable summaries, comments and recommendations pertaining to legal matters
  • Be accountable for the alignment of multiple legal projects and initiatives simultaneously across all business functions
  • Support senior management in decision making, prioritize task lists and pro-actively take on tasks
  • Track and follow the execution of tasks by the management team and ensure the optimal functioning and reporting of the various departments within the company
  • Monitor and supervise the progress of key corporate legal projects and ensure efficiency and timely completion of tasks
  • Implement and effectively communicate the vision and strategy of the company
  • Manage relations with external partners, internal stakeholders, and the leadership team
  • Ensure the routing for approval and review of all materials and legal documents
  • Prepare presentations, concepts, analyses, and communicate effectively with senior management

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in law (JD, LLM)
  • 5+ years professional legal experience required, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally, you have both extensive legal and business experience
 
Essential Skills
  • Basic understanding of holding structures, demonstrated good understanding of corporate and labour law
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience in working with senior leadership team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian with focus on crisp, concise, and effective communication
  • Proactive, flexible, pragmatic with a ‘can-do’ mentality
  • Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with multiple parties, internally as well as externally
 
Desirable Skills
  • Experience using AI tools as part of daily work
  • Demonstrated success of project management and KPI tracking
  • Professional legal experience pertaining to multiple jurisdictions
  • Interest in legal process optimization and automation
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a structured environment
