Job Description

Develop and execute business development strategies for short-term and long-term growth.
Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities and industry trends.
Identify and acquire new clients through networking, industry events, and acquisition channels.
Establish business development and enhance account management processes for superior client service.
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing business development and account management teams.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize team performance.
Implement tools and technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Oversee client relationships, ensuring service excellence and maximizing retention.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of managerial experience in a business development environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (master's preferred).
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus (especially Hungarian and Spanish).
Proven ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills, focused on motivation and performance.
Driving business growth and managing client relationship.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
