Job Description

    • Representing the business' interest
    • Being the owner of the business specification task to drive the developments as per the business' target
    • Providing requirements (Defined as Ready) to the CPO/PO/Head of Product to make proper development (including designs, test cases, etc...)
    • Ensuring that all involved people understand the requirements
    • Clarifying and refining business requirements
    • Defining the functional details of a development while taking the best market practices into account
    • Documenting business requirements in Confluence (use cases, flow charts, wireframes) using Gherkin language where-as applicable
    • Working closely with the designer team regarding functional requirements, clearly describing business needs and proposing different versions
    • Drafting functional requirements and wireframes with a clear vision and understanding for an expected return from designers
    • Ensuring a good Project Preparation working closely with PM, EM, BA, UI/UX, EM, LD as well as all other business department (finance, legal, compliance, risk management etc.)
    • Ensuring that user stories meet the required criteria so work can be designated as complete, working with QA department to validate final developments (Stories)
    • Understanding of user testing and benefits of qualitative data, shifting requirements based on results
    • Understanding technical constraints in the product and transform them into business requirements
    • Assisting the development team, POs/PMs and Architects with release planning, functional research and release testing
    • Continuously improving UI/UX knowledge to be up to date with latest trends and patterns
    • Any other tasks or projects assigned by the line manager or the management

Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of experience working in Business Analysis
    • Good knowledge of product lifecycles, and mobile and desktop application development
    • Proficiency in Agile methodology and Gherkin language
    • Experience working with Jira and Confluence is a plus
    • Passionate about self-improvement and web technologies
    • Upper intermediate English knowledge (B2) or higher
    • B2C product experience 
    • Strong UX skill
