Job Description
Harness technical expertise to drive departmental success through innovative solutions and robust relationships.
Evaluate, enhance, and optimize business processes, aligning strategies with stakeholders.
Lead the implementation of advanced process improvements while monitoring and adapting for optimal results.
Automate business processes using Microsoft Power Automate flows, C# plugins, Python scripts and further software development technologies.
Develop Power Apps solutions, including Canvas and Model-driven apps, integrating them with Microsoft Dynamics 365 services, Data verse, and external data sources.
Design workflows and forms using Microsoft Forms, SharePoint Online, and related technologies.
Set up and manage development environments, including Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Pipelines, and Git repositories.
Design and implement dynamic databases on platforms like Data verse, SharePoint Lists, and MSSQL, or using other RDBMS.
Engage in business analysis, system design, and process optimization initiatives.
Provide ongoing technical support, user training, and documentation to ensure system performance and usability.
Stay updated on Power Platform advancements and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Tackle any challenges with finesse and handle all tasks assigned by the Line Manager or Management with technical acumen.
Ensure the seamless operation and ongoing maintenance of delivered services and AI-powered solutions, guaranteeing high availability, performance, and reliability.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in software development.
Hands-on experience with process automation, Microsoft Power Platform, and workflow-based software.
Proficiency in IT service integration techniques using Office 365 APIs, Dynamics 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
Confidence in the Microsoft ecosystem, including M365, Power Apps, Dataverse, and user licensing.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and setting up development pipelines.
Clear understanding of data storage solutions such as SharePoint lists, RDBMS, and Dataverse.
Constantly exploring and adopting new process automation technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Nice to have additional skills:
Proficient in developing applications on Microsoft Power Platform, with a mastery of Power Automate and Power Apps.
Specialize in seamless integration of business applications using state-of-the-art automation technologies and APIs.
Experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere.
Knowledge of BPMN 1.2/2.0, business process re-engineering, and process optimization.
Experience with advanced data visualizations, financial management, and human capital analytics.
Keen on maintaining a well-organized process library and model business processes using the BPMN standard.
Data visualizations using Power BI.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in written and verbal English is a must.
