Job description

As part of the Founder & Owner’s Office, this role supports financial analysis, reporting, and performance tracking across the organization, with a strong focus on group-level operations. The position provides direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making, while contributing to company-wide and cross-functional initiatives. Day-to-day work is guided by a Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Support group-level business controlling, performance monitoring, and management reporting

  • Coordinate and align controlling and performance-related initiatives across business functions

  • Support strategic and operational decision-making through financial analysis, modeling, and clear recommendations

  • Track execution of key initiatives, ensuring accountability and cross-functional collaboration

  • Monitor financial and business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and propose improvement actions

  • Support the financial communication and implementation of company strategy and vision

  • Drive process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements in controlling and reporting

  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, leadership, and external partners

  • Prepare presentations, analyses, and materials for senior management and ownership

  • Ensure structured documentation, approval, and review processes

  • Document and share clear meeting summaries with actionable next steps

  • Collaborate closely with other members of the Owner’s Office

  • Support additional tasks aligned with leadership and business priorities
