Job Description

Byborg Enterprises is seeking a talented and motivated Internal Communication Specialist to join our team in Budapest. This newly created position will play a critical role in managing internal communications for our Byborg SSC and Byborg IP departments. The candidate will be a native Hungarian speaker with strong English language skills, capable of effectively conveying messages and fostering a positive work environment.



Key Responsibilities:

    • Internal communications management: Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and information flow within Byborg SSC and Byborg IP.
    • Content creation: Produce engaging content for internal communications, including newsletters, internal screens, Teams channels, intranet updates, and announcements, ensuring clarity and alignment with company values and objectives.
    • Collaboration with PR & Marketing: Work closely with the PR & Marketing team in Luxembourg to align internal messaging with external communications and support overall company branding efforts.
    • Employer branding: Represent Byborg SSC and Byborg IP at job events and career fairs, promoting our brand as an employer of choice and showcasing our workplace culture.
    • Crisis communication: Support the PR & Marketing team in developing and executing crisis communication strategies as needed.
    • Feedback mechanisms: Establish channels for employees to provide feedback and share ideas, and ensure that management is aware of employee concerns and suggestions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in internal communications, public relations, or a related role.
    • Proficiency in Hungarian and English (both written and verbal).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Advantages:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
    • Familiarity with communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, newsletters, social media) is preferred.
    • Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
