We’re seeking a Principal Product Designer who will champion our diverse product portfolio. In this role, you will drive design excellence by combining a deep understanding of our product portfolio (LiveJasmin, Jasmin.ai, SX, SB...) with a passion for mentoring talent. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineers and designers—to dissect complex information architectures and deliver innovative, user-centered design solutions.

Portfolio Mastery & Strategic Insight

    • Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our company’s diverse product portfolio.
    • Conduct detailed product audits and competitive analyses to uncover usability challenges, information architecture issues, and opportunities for innovation.

Design Leadership & Mentorship

    • Mentor and coach designers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and creative exploration.
    • Lead by example with constructive feedback, professional development sessions, and hands-on design guidance to elevate team performance.

User Experience & Information Architecture

    • Evaluate user flows, navigation structures, and overall interface complexity to ensure intuitive, accessible experiences.
    • Propose strategic design changes and enhancements that address both usability and technical feasibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with software engineers and product managers to understand technical constraints and complexities, ensuring that design recommendations align with development capabilities.
    • Translate complex design challenges into actionable solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
    • Not afraid of talking with upper management and receiving feedback from them.

Design Quality & Consistency

    • Ensure adherence and help shape design systems, visual standards, and accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG) to deliver a cohesive brand experience across many products.
    • Review design implementations and prototypes for consistency across various platforms and devices.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, preferably in a B2C environment, with a proven track record of leadership and mentoring.
    • Demonstrated expertise in understanding and deconstructing complex digital products and information architectures.
    • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and a strong portfolio showcasing both aesthetic and functional design excellence.
    • Experience collaborating with engineering teams and a solid understanding of software development principles and technical constraints (e.g., HTML/CSS/JS).
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design/UX rationale and influence stakeholders at all levels.
