→ Your mission

As an Account Executive, you will be joining an international team based between Paris and London, dedicated to the development of Brigad for mid market businesses within the hospitality sector across the UK.

You will be in charge of the entire sales cycle, from hunting to supporting businesses in their initial usage of the app and missions, and set sales practices to meet success.

What you'll do :

    • Develop a portfolio of mid market businesses in the Hospitality sector (restaurants, catering, hotels, ...) : market mapping, cold calling/emailing, discovery calls, product demo, negotiation and closing
    • Build strong relationships with key prospects (CEO, HRD, Innovation Department...) and create a network of sponsors across all different sites (regional directors, operational directors, etc.)
    • Formalize our partnership with the client upon closing, establishing a connection with a key member in the Legal or Finance department
    • Launch pilots and set up successful deployment plans with the client to rapidly grow the partnership
    • Collaborate with the Account Managers for smooth handover and success of a long term partnership with Brigad
    • Work with Brigad's Marketing, Product, CX and Finance teams to ensure the success of the partnerships, and provide them with user feedback

Who you are :

    • Native level in English
    • Solid sales experience managing complex sales cycle from prospection to closing : contact decision-makers, carefully prepare strategic meetings, drive meetings, set up pilots, collaborating with internal stakeholders
    • Excellent communication skills to address C-Level (CEOs, HR Directors, ...)
    • The ability to provide clear and complete activity reports to your manager
    • A strong motivation to achieve and exceed your goals
