Our recruitment process includes reference and background checks, including a driver’s abstract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving a truck to deliver gases and welding supplies locally.
- Respecting and following critical safety guidelines for handling hazardous materials.
- Recording and maintaining appropriate documentation.
- Safely loading and unloading gases, welding supplies, and products.
- Reviewing, maintaining, and updating product and safety knowledge regularly.
- Providing courteous customer service.
Key Requirements:
- Class DZ driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- 3-5 years’ experience driving straight trucks, trailer trucks, dump trucks, or other D class vehicles.
- Safety-conscious.
- Knowledge of gases, welding, and hazardous materials is an asset.
- Driven, committed, and flexible.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet scheduled deliveries and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills.
$27 - $28 an hour
