About the role:
You will be working closely within the Finance team to transform the reporting of management information to drive better, data driven business decisions. Finance is involved in providing cross functional support to a diverse set of business lines including, blockchain protocols, regulated fintech and Treasury management.
Your analysis will contribute to customer facing pricing and trading strategies, managing financial models for future growth and expansion, and, supporting the Treasury team with managing a diverse portfolio of investments across both traditional and digital assets. You will create, modify, troubleshoot, and automate the availability of timely and accurate data, along with providing actionable business intelligence, to satisfy external and internal stakeholders.
How you can make an impact:
- Working primarily with Finance you will work to automate reporting for management information, and build dashboards for data visualisation
- Management information reporting on performance of products and customer unit economics
- Contribute analysis to the development of business plans for key products from the ground up
- Documenting requirements and process flows (current and planned)
- Perform market analysis to support Treasury investment decisions
- Build and maintain systems for tracking and monitoring Treasury portfolio KPI/KRI
- Articulate and concisely explain the implications of complex data
- Help with other tasks as directed by the Treasury Manager including developing policies, processing settlements and crypto transactions, scenario planning and updating cashflow models
Let's connect if:
- 3- 5 years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst working closely with Finance/FP&A, Treasury, Risk or similar role.
- Must be a self-starter who is willing to take the initiative and is a commercial and bold thinker.
- Strong Excel modelling background, able to build and maintain dashboards with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and some knowledge of statistical software like SPSS, SAS or similar.
- Excellent analytical and statistical skills, able to communicate complex ideas concisely and formulate clear
- Knowledge and experience within crypto is a distinct advantage
- Experience with programming languages or and/or LLMs a plus
