About the Role:
Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for assisting Avara’s ecosystem operations, promoting our brands in online and offline activations. This role is a bridge between all departments within Ecosystems, Comms, and Growth. The role will be responsible for helping the team operationally in creating campaigns across each function. They will also identify and research new market analysis, industry analysis, and relevant events. We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Operations Manager to help organise and execute a variety of activations across the business within the web3 ecosystem & beyond.
The ideal candidate has some familiarity with the Web3 space and demonstrated excellent organisational skills, is a clear and concise communicator, and has an interest in ecosystems with a keen eye for detail. They will need to be self-motivated and hardworking, proactive and able to adapt to and work with tight deadlines across multiple functions and projects.
How you can make an impact:
- Managing and supporting operations within the pipeline and timelines and cross-functional projects, managing key internal and external stakeholder KPIs.
- Conducting ecosystem research and analysis to support the department’s strategy, priorities, and decision making.
- Creator relations: manage relationships, payments, and creator “How-to” guides.
- Responsible for identifying, researching,planning, analysing and implementing events (internal and external), including liaising and negotiating with key vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders pre- and post-events.
- Owning merch operations from research to execution, managing relationships and timelines with design and external vendors and operations.
- Managing operational budgets of each of our sub-departments as well as approvals, payments and liaising with Finance.
- Identify key events for the company to participate in - build and maintain the events calendar.
- Coordinate events with ecosystem partners for co-marketing, avoiding overlaps, and anticipate possible challenges and maximize opportunities
- Assist with management of P1 creators and creator community-lead events.
- Identifying, securing and managing speaker opportunities, as well as managing logistics, scheduling, and deadlines with the Chief Communications Officer.

- Professional experience running cross functional operations, including budgets, stakeholder, and logistic management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Web3 knowledge and experience, and a hunger to learn more
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Demonstrated research skills and ability to communicate these succinctly to propose solutions.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage workload to meet project deadlines.
- Proven skills and experience in negotiation and project management.
