AnyVan makes moving anything anywhere, easier, more affordable and greener for everyone.  With Over 8 million customers across the UK and Europe since our launch over a decade ago, we’re proud to be known as the largest, fastest growing tech company in the logistics industry.

Like many popular marketplaces, we’re asset light – i.e., we don’t own any vehicles or employ any drivers.  We work with our transport partners and use technology to disrupt the entire delivery and moving process to optimise the most efficient journeys.

Sustainability is a core part of AnyVan’s mission. We’re proud to say we’ve achieved carbon-neutral status on all our transport moves, and we won’t stop here!

So if you want to move your career forward we'd love to hear from you!

This role sits within our allocations team whose key goal is to support customer and clients to make sure we cover jobs requested as quickly, efficiently and cost effectively as possible through allocating the right TP to the right job. We will be relying on you to build relationships with our TP's to get them to commit to 'jobs' so it's a great role for a 'people person' who has a passion and a skill for influencing and negotiating.

    • General admin duties, such as checking proof of deliveries and speaking with customers
    • Maximise efficiency of TP’s and vehicles to provide the highest standard of performance achievable, deal with diversions, roadworks and road closures and proactively communicate outcomes to TPs and customers
    • Work to agreed targets that focus on both numbers and behaviours (high levels of customer service, etc)
    • Provide accurate and timely reports on performance and metrics to manager
    • Build a network of key stakeholders across AnyVan and collaborate with other internal departments to ensure TP’s are on-boarded and transitioned successfully - Key Stakeholders; Customers, TP Success, Driver Support, Recruitment & onboarding
