Our marketing team is looking for a Brand/Marketing Content Manager to help us develop and deliver inspiring content across our entire customer journey, from how we first introduce ourselves in marketing channels, through the website, and into our CRM flows. The role will report into our Head of Brand, and will be instrumental in helping us update and modernise our brand. You will also be the main stakeholder with product for developing our CMS as we look to fully migrate our content onto a new system. AnyVan has a great internal voice and character that we want to better turn inside out and put more into our external communications, and so this role will appeal to someone who likes to produce content with real character.

What you'll be doing:

    • Be the go to person across the business for all things content, helping establish and maintain a consistent tone of voice across our segments –from consumer, transport providers, B2B partners and our employees
    • Craft a wide array of content and copy to be suitable across channels, from direct mailers, signage, video content, core web pages, blogs, and emails
    • Manage our internal CMS, working with the product team to develop new components that will help us continually improve the performance of our pages
    • Own our social and editorial calendar, creating targeted content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc
    • Be comfortable using web analytics tools and our A/B testing tools to measure the impact of your content changes 

Skills and experience you'll need to be successful in the role

    • Solid experience and a proven track record in a content marketing role in a direct to consumer tech business
    • Collaborative and influential, you can gain buy-in from, and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across technology and business operations
    • Excellent communication skill,  you are articulate and can explain complex subjects in simple terms

Working Patterns
We are extremely proud of our culture and believe in the many benefits that being in the office provides - all our roles require regular time in our office in Hammersmith.
 
We do not offer fully remote roles but we support hybrid working wherever possible (3 days in office, 2 days from home). However, to meet the needs of our customers and business operations many of our Operational and Commercial roles are fully office based.
