What you’ll be doing:

    • Help our International customers move home/items as cost effectively and environmentally friendly as possible
    • Manage a pipeline of warm leads, proactively contacting our customers via phone and email to understand their needs and find the most effective solution to identify, qualify and complete the sale
    • Manage sales cycles with varying order sizes, building trust based relationships - keeping customer satisfaction front of mind at all times
    • Able to effectively navigate the intricacies of cross border moves and manage these effectively for our customers
    • Manage quotes and liaise with our transport providers to negotiate the best prices for our customers
    • Work to agreed targets that focus on both numbers (revenue generation) and ethics (selling in the right way)
    • Have fun and contribute to a positive team culture

Skills and experience we think you’ll need to be successful in the role:

    • Ideally previous experience in a sales/account management role
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Comfortable working to and achieving targets
    • Strong emotional intelligence
    • Self-motivated and resilient
    • Easily adopts change and demonstrates agility and flexibility when direction or priorities shift
    • The ability to develop, high quality, trust-based working relationships and guide customers and transport providers through processes to achieve the best results for the business

Working Patterns
We are extremely proud of our culture and believe in the many benefits that being in the office provides - all our roles require regular time in our office in Hammersmith.
 
We do not offer fully remote roles but we support hybrid working wherever possible (3 days in office, 2 days from home). However, to meet the needs of our customers and business operations many of our Operational and Commercial roles are fully office based.
