We're seeking an enthusiastic Chat Manager who will deliver excellent assistance to users of mobile applications and websites in Health & Fitness category, ensuring a user experience.

What we’re looking for:👇🏼
- Upper-Intermediate level or higher in written English
- Exceptional communication skills with a polite and effective approach
- A genuine desire to help and support users
- Interest in a healthy lifestyle
- Ability to react quickly and resolve customer requests
- Skill in tailoring your approach to meet individual client needs
What you'll do:👇🏼
- Deliver exceptional communication and support in chats
- Address and resolve user inquiries in chats
- Assist in building a comprehensive knowledge base
- Interact with product, marketing, and development teams
It will be advantageous if you have:
- Experience in customer support
- Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools
- Experience in sales
