As a People Admin, you’ll be the backbone of our People team, making sure everything runs like clockwork. Your day-to-day will be all about keeping things organised, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our employees in the best way possible.

What you’ll do:

    • Handle HR paperwork with precision – You’ll prepare and process employee documents, including contracts, amendments, and terminations, making sure everything is correct and up to date.
    • Keep our systems in top shape – You’ll manage and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring all information is accurate and easy to find when needed.
    • Make onboarding & offboarding seamless – You’ll prepare welcome materials for new joiners, help managers with onboarding plans, and ensure a smooth transition when employees leave.
    • Support payroll & benefits administration – You’ll help verify timesheets, leave requests, and attendance records, making sure everything is correct before processing.
    • Be the go-to person for employees – You’ll handle simple employee queries about employment confirmations, HR policies, benefits, and procedures, making sure everyone gets the answers they need.
    • Contribute to exciting HR projects – Besides admin tasks, you’ll have the chance to support employee engagement initiatives, help organize company events, and work on various HR-related projects.
    • This role is perfect for someone starting out in HR – either fresh from school, enhancing your parental leave or deciding to change your career, you’ll gain hands-on experience in an international environment and learn from experienced professionals.
