AEVI is looking for an Audit and Compliance Officer to join the growing team in Prague.

What you’ll be doing: Audit and Compliance Officer

    • Executes internal audits of allocated auditable areas (mainly security area)
    • Supports external (customer and vendor) audits of allocated auditable areas
    • Supports planning and performing process, operational, security, vendor, ISO and compliance audits at corporate or subsidiary locations
    • Participates in audit meetings and supports coordination of internal and external (customer/vendor/certification bodies) audit activities
    • Documents audit findings and proposes action plans
    • Prepares internal audit finding reports to management and/or Audit Committee
    • Maintains audit documentations according to established standards
    • Develops audit presentations to management as needed
    • Assists the implementation of processes in the assigned task area
    • Proposes good/best practice in controlled/audited area
    • Supports development of standard tools and procedures to improve audit efficiency
    • Supports in IMS processes establishment, implementation and maintenance across the organization
    • Performs the identification, documentation and evaluation of the company's IT process and compliance internal controls
    • Supports customer satisfaction projects in its whole lifecycle 

The successful AEVI’ator: Audit & Compliance Officer

    • Minimum of a relevant bachelor’s degree
    • Experience with internal audit function (Process- Organization- and Quality Management)
    • Ability to plan, perform, document and report on audits
    • Willingness to serve simultaneously on special projects and ad-hoc reviews
    • Business process/internal controls re-engineering skills
    • Experience in terms of assisting with the development and/or improvement of IT audit methodologies
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate with people at all levels of the organization
    • Written, oral and presentation communication skills - in fluent English
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver under challenging circumstances
    • Self-motivation, flexibility and responsibility
    • Pro-activity and pro-customer orientation
    • Ability to work as an individual also as a part of the team
    • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines
    • Responsibility for taking own decision
