Join us as a Business Analyst and be at the forefront of driving transformative business changes. In this exciting role, you'll master requirements gathering, system analysis, and steer the evolution of business processes. Your work will involve not just analyzing and defining business needs but also actively shaping solutions and documenting your innovative strategies.

You'll also engage in system development, testing, and occasionally, in the vital realm of production support. This is a customer-facing role, where your advanced presentation and negotiation skills will shine as you interact with clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities:

    • Integration Advisory and Value Maximization: Act as a consultant to guide clients in optimizing the use of our product, ensuring maximum value is extracted with minimal effort. This includes conducting comprehensive gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
    • In-Depth Client Analysis: Gain a thorough understanding of the client's existing business processes, solutions, and IT infrastructure. This entails identifying the drivers for change and engaging closely with the client to understand their unique needs.
    • Stakeholder Engagement and Requirement Documentation: Identify and involve all relevant stakeholders in the process. Prepare detailed business requirement documents, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined and understood, including their commercial, financial, and IT system implications.
    • Business Requirement Analysis and Process Mapping: Analyze and document confirmed business requirements. This includes business process mapping, data modeling, and financial analysis, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the client's needs.
    • Facilitation and Negotiation of Requirements: Lead the facilitation of discussions among multiple stakeholders to negotiate and agree upon business requirements, ensuring a cohesive approach.
    • Project Execution Support: Provide ad-hoc assistance during the project execution phase, including support in systems analysis, design, development, testing, and defining the solution.
    • Transition and Development Support: Assist in the transition phase to systems analysis and development. This includes knowledge transfer and offering personal assistance during the early development stages, helping business stakeholders adapt to future changes.
    • Production Support and Issue Resolution: Offer ad-hoc support to production teams, aiding in understanding and resolving issues as they arise, ensuring smooth and continuous operation.

We'd Love to See:

    • PS Business Analyst Experience: If you have experience in complex business and technical environments, particularly in the payments or technology sector, that's a solid foundation for this role.
    • Diverse Technical Skills: A background in application development, agile project management, or tech architecture is highly valued. Experience in two or more of these areas would be ideal.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, is key in this role. Your ability to articulate complex ideas is important.
    • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: If you have a talent for analyzing data and solving problems, especially in facilitating workshops, you'll fit right in.
    • Solution Delivery Experience: Managing solutions from conception to implementation, including application configuration, is a crucial part of this role.
    • Independent and Collaborative Work Style: The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. Your skills in motivating others and leading change are important.
    • Business Process Modeling Expertise: Experience in functional analysis and design, particularly in business process modeling, will be very beneficial in this role.
    • Strategic and Cost-Efficient Approach: An eye for strategic planning and cost reduction, along with an understanding of global payment trends, will make a significant impact in our team.
