We are looking for a Technical Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business, technology, and payments.
In this role, you will gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into clear technical specifications, and help design payment and integration solutions for complex environments. You will work closely with clients as well as with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure solutions are well defined, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

    • Gathering, shaping, and clarifying business and technical requirements
    • Designing functional payment solutions and system integrations
    • Preparing clear documentation including process mapping and specifications
    • Facilitating workshops and discussions with stakeholders
    • Supporting development, testing, and delivery phases
    • Providing guidance during production, pilot, or certification support when needed

Required Skills and Experience:

    • Experience in business or functional analysis within technical environments
    • Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
    • Experience working with complex distributed systems or enterprise applications
    • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and specifications
    • Experience supporting solution design, configuration, and testing activities
    • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and business stakeholders
    • Fluent English; Czech is a big plus
    • Experience in card payments or financial services is highly valued

    • This is a customer-facing role with occasional travel of up to 10 percent.
