As an Associate at ADAPTOVATE, you will work alongside experienced consultants and clients to solve complex business challenges, support transformation initiatives, and build the skills needed for a successful consulting career. This role offers strong learning opportunities, early responsibility, and exposure to high-impact client work.

What will you be doing?

  • Conduct market, industry, and organisational analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and actionable recommendations
  • Support process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce complexity, and enhance customer experience
  • Contribute to transformation programmes by coordinating activities, supporting stakeholders, and helping implement new ways of working
  • Deliver high-quality project work, ensuring deadlines, milestones, and objectives are met
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to support collaboration and successful delivery
  • Support clients in exploring and applying AI solutions that improve decision-making, operations, and innovation

What ADAPTOVATE is looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, project delivery, operations, or a fast-paced business environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear recommendations
  • Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, or operational change initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence preparing materials and presenting insights
  • Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or collaborative working sessions is a plus
  • Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with an understanding of their business impact
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working across diverse teams and client environments
  • Willingness to travel as needed
