About the Role

 We are looking for a bilingual Enterprise Agile Coach (Chinese & fluent English) to support a large-scale transformation engagement. This is a 6–12 month contract, with flexibility to work remotely from China.

You will work closely with C-level stakeholders and senior leadership to design and implement enterprise-wide agile transformation initiatives across the organization.

 

What You’ll Do?

  • Partner with C-level executives to shape and drive enterprise transformation strategy
  • Lead large-scale agile transformation programs across multiple business units
  • Coach senior leaders, transformation offices, and cross-functional teams
  • Establish governance, operating models, and ways of working aligned to business outcomes
  • Drive measurable impact across delivery, culture, and leadership effectiveness

 

What We’re Looking For?

  • Native or business-level Mandarin Chinese + fluent English (mandatory)
  • Proven experience working with C-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success leading large enterprise transformation programs
  • Deep expertise in enterprise agile coaching (beyond team-level coaching)
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability
  • Experience in large corporations or consulting environments preferred

 

Contract Details

  • Location: China (remote)
  • Contract: 6–12 months

  • Compensation: Competitive day rate / salary (based on experience)
