Role Overview
As a Partner and Office Lead at ADAPTOVATE, you will join our senior executive team, collaborating closely with the Founders to lead and expand our team in South East Asia. Your role involves leveraging your professional network to foster client relationships and drive significant revenue growth. Expect to travel between projects, dedicating your time to office leadership, high performance team building, and culture shaping.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • Demonstrated success in selling consultancy services to Fortune 500 firms in the South East Asia region
    • Grow and lead the Singapore business, by selling into new clients, leveraging existing contacts to generate or nurture leads from senior C-suite executives across all industries to leading engagements with customers
    • Proven capability to grow a business pipeline by increasing the value and depth of the sales funnel
    • Expand the consultancy team's skills, capabilities, and size
    • Expertise in managing consulting team dynamics and business growth in Singapore and the South East Asia region
    • Actively lead client engagements to ensure projects are delivered successfully and to a high standard
    • Drive recruitment and onboarding in Singapore, ensuring high quality project delivery
    • Foster a unique workplace culture and contribute to ADAPTOVATE's intellectual property

Qualifications

    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred
    • Industry Experience: 10 years+ of strong experience in E2E Management Consulting across diverse sectors
    • Business Development: A proven track record in business development, with demonstrated success in expanding client portfolios, increasing revenue, and closing deals with Fortune 500 companies
    • Strategic Networking: Strong capability in using an extensive professional network to forge strategic partnerships and stimulate significant business growth
    • Leadership and Mentoring: Ability to mentor senior management and foster client relationships, enhancing team capability and consulting effectiveness
    • Sales and Growth: Demonstrated success in lead generation, sales conversion, and strategic account development, with at least 5 years of proven experience
    • Consulting Expertise: Skilled in managing consulting cases, including work planning and storytelling, alongside the ability to engage effectively with consulting teams
    • Client Engagement: Expertise in communicating with potential clients, developing compelling value propositions, and building relationships to deepen account penetration and revenue opportunities
    • Personal Attributes: Independent, resilient, commercially minded, and happy to roll up their sleeves with excellent communication skills and a readiness to take on challenges
