We are hiring at Associate or Consultant level, depending on experience.
As a Consultant at ADAPTOVATE, you will work with clients to solve complex business problems, deliver meaningful transformation, and identify practical ways to apply AI and emerging technologies to improve how organizations work.
This role is ideal for someone with strong consulting skills, a business transformation mindset, and hands-on exposure to applying AI to real business challenges.
What will you be doing?
- Structure complex business problems and translate analysis into actionable insights for clients
- Drive process improvement and transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and enhance customer and employee experience
- Support clients in identifying, prioritizing, and applying AI-enabled solutions and use cases that improve decision-making, operations, and business performance
- Contribute to AI and digital transformation initiatives, including use-case identification, business case development, adoption, and implementation
- Coordinate project workstreams, manage stakeholders, and help embed new capabilities and ways of working
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with client teams to solve problems, align priorities, and move initiatives forward
- Deliver high-quality project outcomes, ensuring milestones, timelines, and objectives are achieved in fast-paced environments
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance environment
What ADAPTOVATE is looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Experience in management consulting, strategy, business transformation, digital transformation, project delivery, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear recommendations
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, operating model, or organizational change initiatives
- Practical experience applying AI, automation, or emerging technologies to solve business problems, improve processes, or support transformation
- Understanding of Generative AI and its potential business applications; experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation, pilots, or use cases is highly valued
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders without needing to be a software engineer or data scientist
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or collaborative working sessions is an advantage
- Highly adaptable, proactive, curious, and comfortable working across diverse teams and client environments
- Willingness to travel as needed
