We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach to partner with senior leaders within a large, global organisation. In this role, you will work at the leadership and organisational level to enable business agility, strengthen strategic alignment, and drive measurable business outcomes.
You will support executives and senior stakeholders in evolving leadership behaviours, operating models, and decision-making practices to accelerate value delivery and enable sustainable transformation across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach C-Level exeutive and senior leaders to shape and enterprise transformation strategy, and enterprise ways of working
- Partner with leadership to evolve operating models, governance, and organisational design to improve flow and value delivery
- Enable alignment between strategy and execution across business units and functions
- Facilitate executive workshops, strategic planning sessions, and leadership offsites
- Support leaders in shifting mindsets toward customer-centricity, empowerment, and continuous improvement
- Identify systemic organisational impediments and guide enterprise-level change initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, balancing pragmatism with best practice
- Strengthen organisational capability in agility, collaboration, and outcome-driven performance
About You
- Proven experience as an Enterprise or senior Agile Coach working directly with executive and senior leadership teams in complex organisations
- Strong understanding of business agility, organisational systems, and enterprise transformation
- Demonstrated experience influencing at senior levels and coaching leaders through behavioural and cultural change
- Deep facilitation expertise at executive level
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to navigate organisational complexity
- Comfortable operating in global, multicultural environments
- Able to adapt your approach to varying leadership styles, organisational maturity, and business contexts
- Native or business-level Japanese + fluent English (mandatory)
Nice to Have
- Experience leading or supporting large-scale enterprise transformations
- Background in organisational design, strategy execution, or leadership development
- Experience working with operating model evolution and governance redesign
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ICAgile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, coaching credentials), though demonstrated impact matters more
Contract Details
- Location: Japan (Tokyo-based, hybrid depending on client needs)
- Contract: 6–12 months
- Start: End of March
- Compensation: Competitive day rate / salary (based on experience)
