As an AI Consultant at ADAPTOVATE, you will help organisations use AI to solve real business challenges and drive meaningful transformation. Working closely with clients, you will understand their needs, identify opportunities where AI can add value, and shape practical solutions that deliver measurable impact. This role combines business insight, problem-solving, and strong stakeholder engagement to help clients unlock the full potential of AI.
What will you be doing?
- Partner with clients and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities where Generative AI and Agentic AI can create measurable business value
- Design and implement scalable AI solutions that integrate effectively into client environments and support long-term adoption
- Translate business priorities into practical AI strategies, operating models, and use cases aligned to organisational goals
- Develop high-quality client deliverables including roadmaps, recommendations, progress updates, and executive presentations
- Guide change and capability building to help organisations embed AI ways of working and foster a data-driven culture
- Contribute to ADAPTOVATE’s thought leadership in AI through market insights, client success stories, and industry engagement
What ADAPTOVATE is looking for?
- Proven experience in AI consulting, digital transformation, innovation, or data-led business initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn business challenges into practical AI opportunities
- Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging AI trends, with a focus on real business applications rather than technical development
- Ability to shape AI use cases, business cases, and transformation roadmaps aligned to client priorities
- Experience working alongside technical teams to support the design and delivery of AI-enabled solutions
- Understanding of change management, adoption, and capability building to help organisations embed new ways of working
- Familiarity with cloud and digital ecosystems (particularly Microsoft / Microsoft Azure) is beneficial, but deep technical expertise is not required
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills across senior and cross-functional audiences
- Strong presentation, proposal writing, and client-facing communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally

- Full-time employment contract
- The salary for this role is 21 000-27 000 PLN gross per month, with annual performance bonus
