We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach (Italian & fluent English) to support a large-scale transformation engagement.
This is a 6–12 month contract.
What You’ll Do?
- Guide teams and leaders in applying agile principles to improve performance and continuous improvement
- Support teams in adopting and evolving ways of working (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models)
- Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and planning sessions to improve alignment and delivery
- Partner with senior leaders to strengthen decision-making and team effectiveness
- Contribute to organisation-wide transformation and change initiatives
- Act as a pragmatic advisor, adapting agile practices to complex environments
- Promote customer focus and continuous learning across teams
What We Are Looking For?
- Experience working as an Agile Coach with business (non-IT) teams in large or complex organisations
- Strong understanding of agile principles and frameworks, with the ability to apply them in a practical way
- Confidence working with and influencing senior leaders and executives
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable working in global, fast-paced environments with changing priorities
- Flexible coaching style, able to adapt to different team needs and contexts
- Experience supporting large-scale or enterprise-wide transformations
- Background in change management, organisational design, or coaching is a plus
- Relevant agile certifications (e.g. ICAgile, SAFe, Scrum Alliance, Kanban) are beneficial
- Fluent Italian and English
