We are looking for a HR Professional that is hard working and enthusiastic, who can work on their own or as part of a small team. This role offers the successful candidate the chance to get involved in payroll and people (HR) duties spanning the whole bandwidth of People/HR
operations and exciting people projects at global scale.

This role will report directly to the Senior Director Human Resources of Acrolinx and is based in Berlin or remotely in Germany. Depending on qualifications and experience.

What you’ll do…

    • Assisting in the delivery of an efficient, timely and accurate People services to all Acrolinx employees and our management
    • Acts as the first point of contact for employees on operational issues such as payroll, certifications etc.
    • You have a listening ear for our employees' issues and act as a problem solver and a trusted advisor
    • Coordinating all employment related paperwork and induction processes in collaboration with the Senior Director Human Resources
    • Responsible for preliminary payroll processing: data preparation, transfer to the external payroll service providers and subsequent checking of quality (focus on accuracy and efficiency), German payroll knowledge is mandatory
    • Responsible for maintaining employee data with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

What you’ll bring…

    • You have successfully completed a vocational training with additional qualification as personnel specialist (“Personalfachkaufmann/ -frau”) or your studies in the field of Human Resources Management or similar
    • You have at least three years experience in a HR operations role, ideally in an international, fast-paced environment
    • You are characterized by a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
    • You can act appropriately by expedient adaptation to changing environments, tasks or responsibilities and to different people
    • You are able to independently multi-task and prioritize without close supervision
    • You speak German and English fluently, both in writing and orally. This is a “must-have” since you will be working in an international company
