Acrolinx helps the world’s greatest brands to create amazing content. Built on an advanced Al engine, Acrolinx is the only software platform that can actually “read” your content and guide writers to make it better. That’s why companies like Adobe, Boeing, Google, and Philips use Acrolinx to create content that’s more engaging, enjoyable, and impactful.
We're looking for a generally nice and smart person who is both an agile coach and a continuous delivery engineer. Join our engineering team in Berlin!
You and your Role
- You’re a hands-on agile coach at heart.
- You’ve successfully helped teams to deliver according to CI/CD best practices
- You’re an excellent and respectful communicator.
- You have experience working as a developer in agile projects.
You’re pragmatic rather than dogmatic about agile practices. Maybe you’ve worked in a Scrum team before and gradually turned into an enthusiast of lean processes. Maybe your previous Kanban team introduced a build pipeline for a fully automated roll-out of software to production systems.
In any case, you understand and embrace the challenges and opportunities of the B2B market. You know how that differs from deploying a website for direct customers. You know security best practices and how to embed them in a continuous development process.
Also, you like working with different teams and are a friendly, respectful person who understands the different needs of the members of a value delivery team and moderates the discussions.
You’ll lead the ongoing efforts to set up our product organization for growth and a modern SaaS product delivery. You’ll identify pain points of the teams and help the teams overcoming them. While you’ll primarily focus on agile practices your work will involve coding of product and build pipeline logic, too.
Your Work Environment
You’ll join an international team of friendly, dynamic people who are passionate about their jobs. Our tech-stack includes various programming languages and common frameworks as well as GitLab, AWS, Kubernetes, and more if we need it.
Note: Due to Covid-19 interviewing, onboarding and work will be fully remote to begin with. We’re committed to make this process go as smoothly as possible under these difficult conditions and support you with getting set-up and going.
You can expect:
A flat, informal hierarchy and quick decision-making processes.
Support in getting up to speed.
Teammates of all ages and backgrounds.
A clear, concise company vision and mission together with a clearly defined set of company values.
But that’s not all! We also offer a family-friendly environment, flexible remote working options, sponsoring the monthly BVG ticket, Urban Sports Club membership, pension subsidy, and much more.
We strongly encourage diversity in our team and share a respectful and open mindset.
During holiday season, we appreciate your patience if we take longer than usual to respond.
