We are searching for a dynamic, high energy and results driven head of Global Demand Generation leader to join our rapidly growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a growth strategy for an award-winning software company in enterprise-grade AI and NLP. Reporting to the CMO, this professional will own marketing program strategy, customer targeting, program implementation, automation and operations. An A-Player who can lead Demand Generation functional and strategic targets of a hyper-growth company.  
This professional will lead/expand a team and optimize a demand generation engine with a particular focus on traditional volume-velocity demand generation and ABM; creating the predictable pipeline and driving a multimillion-dollar recurring revenue business. Working closely with the leadership team, the role will play a critical role in taking the company through our upcoming growth phase.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

    • Mentor, manage and lead Acolinx’s global Campaigns, Digital, and Field  marketing teams
    • Build a global demand generation program, executing the company's strategy for acquiring, nurturing, and expanding qualified leads in new verticals. 
    • You will be responsible for bringing a strategic vision and innovative approach to build upon our revenue generation programs to support positioning the product and the organization as a leader in Content AI. 
    • Execute integrated campaigns that seamlessly align digital, email, web, direct mail, PPC, paid media, advertising, events, and ABM. 
    • Analyze Return on Investment (ROI) and the effectiveness of marketing programs to optimize future programs based on that learning. 
    • Partner cross-functionally with sales, business transformation and marketing leadership to establish priorities, goals, and targets for pipeline growth, and develop strategic and tactical plans to deliver on those targets. 
    • Collaborate with Product Marketing to position our solutions and innovation to benefit new and existing customers and differentiate the company from competition. 
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead generation, LTV (lifetime value) and retention. 
    • Work together with the CMO to mentor a growing team. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 10+ years of Marketing program management experience; 3+ years of leading functional marketing teams in a SaaS or Software environment. 
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field. 
    • Experience scaling customer acquisition for a growth stage company, preferably in B2B services.
    • Proven experience designing enterprise demand generation motions with processes, systems, and automation for high growth companies (20M-75M ARR) 
    • Lead successful demand generation function – strategy, tactics, programs and backend automation. 
    • Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members 
    • Working experience with marketing software such as Salesforce.com, Pardot, and Demandbase.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • B2B SaaS experience targeting Fortune 2000 enterprises
    • Startup experience preferred   
    • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise 
    • High caliber, dynamic personality that promotes a positive culture
    • Experience recruiting, enabling and retaining top talent
